- Biography:
Dr. Wei graduated from Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and studied acupuncture under the guidance of Lingnan acupuncture ancestors Situ Ling and Jin Rui. Then he engaged in medical work for more than 30 years.
He has currently served as the executive director of Guangdong Acupuncture and Moxibustion Society, and Chinese Information Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine Moxibustion Branch, the vice chairman of the Professional Committee of Guangdong Acupuncture and Moxibustion Society, the member of the clinical branch of Chinese Acupuncture and Moxibustion Society, the professional committee of acupuncture and Moxibustion Society, the Traditional Chinese Acupuncture and Moxibustion Branch of Chinese Plastic and Aesthetic Association, and the acupuncture and moxibustion Department of Guangdong Province, the Standing Committee member of the Professional Committee on acupoint External treatment of the Moxibustion Society, and the standing committee member of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Professional Committee of the Guangdong Basic Health Association. His research of ��the immune function of Moxibustion in Shenque Point�� has won the third prize of the military Science and Technology Progress Award.
