Professor Bai is director of Internal Medicine Department in Huiqiao Medical Center, deputy director of Gastroenterology Department of Nanfang Hospital, Southern Medical University, and teaching director of internal medicine training base of Nanfang Hospital. He is a postdoctoral cooperation supervisor and a postdoctoral fellow of University of Cincinnati.
Professor Bai has been praised as an outstanding young medical talent in Guangdong Province, and an outstanding cadre assisting in Kashgar, Xinjiang. He is currently the deputy director general of Endoscopy Branch of Chinese Medical Doctor Association, chairman of digestive and digestive endoscopy Branch of Guangdong Medical Quality Management Society, deputy chairman of Endoscopy branch of Guangdong Medical Doctor Association, and deputy leader of Enteroscopy Group of Endoscopy Branch of Chinese Society of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine.
